Tracy is a licensed clinical social worker who graduated with her master’s from The University of Chicago, SSA. Tracy aims to provide a warm and non-judgmental space and a supportive and trusting relationship to help you to create meaningful and lasting change. Grounded in client-centered and humanistic philosophies, she collaborates with clients to develop self-compassion, awareness, and a fuller understanding of themselves in hopes of fostering authentic growth and change.

Adults experiencing stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-confidence/self-esteem issues, life transitions, work/life balance, trauma, questions of gender or sexuality, grief, illness.

BCBS PPO Individual sessions: $80-$150 Some sliding scale available
